We wanted to minister to the needs of the people in this area. A few years later we bought an old theater building and renovated it for our services. Now called Life Connection Church, our church family is willing and able to accomplish what God has for us. I have 4 children and 12 grandchildren. 3 daughters and families live in Atlanta, so I try to get over there as often as possible. I really miss them when a month or two go by. Our son, his wife, and baby are in Jackson, MS . John just completed his PhD from Ole Miss and is now a mathematics professor at Belhaven University...Trips to Jackson are now also on our agenda.
